Frequently asked questions

When will my order be processed?

We are using the Spanish registered mail service, when the details and payment comes to us all orders placed Monday to Friday should be processed within two working days. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Spanish holidays.

How long will it take to receive my stuff?

From the package entering the postal service European destinations should receive packets within 2 to 5 working days. Other countries depending on the efficiency of that country‘s postal service.

Order tracking

An link” to the postal services web site and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail so that you can track the status of your order at any time.

How do I pay you?

Using pay pall means for the payment you deal directly with their secure servers. The only information we get is your order and delivery details.

Exchanges and refunds

EXCHANGES

If you decide you would like to exchange an item, (need a different size/colour) you must cover the cost of the postage back to us and the postage cost of returning the replacement back to you. These costs will need to be sent when the item is returned. Email us and we’ll sort it out.

Exchanges where we got it wrong

This is where we had a bad day and put in the wrong product/size etc….. Or the item was faulty, in this case email us with the details.
When authorized, the item must be returned, Then when received we will send you the replacement and reimburse you with your postage. .

Refunds

You can cancel any item within 7 days of delivery. Provided they are in new and unused condition with original packaging and receipt. Items which have been used will be deemed to have been accepted by you and therefore cannot be returned unless faulty. To return an item firstly e-mail” us. Items must be received by us within 7 days of cancellation and you will receive a full refund to your credit card upon inspection of the goods. You will however be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. Therefore, when returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we cannot refund your postage.
